Setting the Account Opening Date

When the "Set" button next to the "Account Opening Date" edit box on the portfolioInputBox is clicked, the dateInputBox is displayed for the input of the accountOpeningDate field of the portfolioDataRecord.


The accountOpeningDate is used as a bookkeeping control, with the tradeConfirmationDocument invalidating any transaction with a tradeDate prior to the accountOpeningDate. The accountOpeningDate is also important when preparing a performanceCalculation.
